This license agreement is a legal agreement between you and MobileERP Softech P Ltd., MobileERP Sales & Service Sdn. Bhd. Malaysia, ERPWEB for ERPWEB Software and its various sub-brands like MobileERP, IRP, SoftRobot, SoftServer based ERP Products. By using this product/key you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

This software/key is protected by national and international copyright laws. This software/key is licensed, not sold.

Granted Rights : This license grants you the right to install this software/key for use on a single (1) web site / server for the address specified when your key was purchased. This product/key is licensed per site or per server. If you hold a server license you are entitled to install the license key on a single server for use with multiple web sites.

Limitations : You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble ERPWEB Softweare. You may not rent or lease this software/key, you may not transfer your rights under this license agreement. A license may not be used for any URL other than that specified at the time of purchase, licenses can not be transferred to different domains. ERP is not a desktop application tool and may not be used in any other application outside of a SoftServer environment. ERPWEB may not be integrated with or incorporated into any software product or script sold or offered to any 3rd party. A single ERPWEB license may not be used in an ASP environment to service multiple sites aggregated within one domain, each site must have its own unique license or a server license must be purchased.

Ownership : MobileERP Softech P Ltd., MobileERP Sales & Service Sdn. Bhd. Malaysia, ERPWEB retains ownership of the software/key.

Liability : In no event shall MobileERP Softech P Ltd., MobileERP Sales & Service Sdn. Bhd. Malaysia, ERPWEB be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of information or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of inability to use this software/key, even if MobileERP Softech P Ltd., MobileERP Sales & Service Sdn. Bhd. Malaysia, ERPWEB has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination : Without prejudice to any other rights, MobileERP Softech P Ltd., MobileERP Sales & Service Sdn. Bhd. Malaysia, ERPWEB may terminate this license agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement. In such event, you must destroy all copies of ERPWEB and its variants like MobileERP, IRP etc., any derivative work, and all of its component parts.

General : By typing your email address you acknowledge that you have read this license agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
